For technical reasons, the images of the products may differ in color from the originals. You may add products to your shopping cart, with no obligation to purchase, and add or delete any or all of them at any time by using the correction assistance tools designed for this purpose and explained in the ordering process. By clicking the \u201cplace order &amp; log out\u201d button, you agree to a binding order of the articles in the shopping cart. You will receive a confirmation email of the receipt of the order immediately after the order has been placed. However, this confirmation email does not constitute the acceptance of your order. This takes place in a separate email containing a delivery confirmation or upon delivery of the goods. If you have opted to pay for your order in advance, you will be informed of the acceptance of your order via the order confirmation email.<\/p>\n<p>Should products be out of stock, unavailable, or sold out, the customer will be immediately informed. If delivery is temporarily not possible, the order, if possible, will be reserved. In the case of sold-out products, the customer may choose to cancel the order or to be put on a waiting list for a possible reprint or new edition.<\/p>\n<p>We do not store the text of the contract.<\/p>\n<h2>Delivery Conditions and Costs<\/h2>\n<p>In addition to the stated product prices, shipping fees may apply, which can be viewed here. For international deliveries, the customer is responsible for any additional taxes, customs fees, and import duties.<\/p>\n<p>We only deliver by mail. Collection of goods is not possible.<\/p>\n<h2>Payment<\/h2>\n<p>The following payment methods are available in our store:<\/p>\n<h2>Credit Card<\/h2>\n<p>Your credit card will be charged upon dispatch of the goods.<\/p>\n<h2>PayPal<\/h2>\n<p>You will pay the billing amount via the online provider PayPal. You must already be registered there or sign up as a new customer, log in with your access data, and confirm the payment to us. You will be given further instructions at check out.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0Pay in Advance<\/h2>\n<p>If you choose to pay in advance, we will provide you with our bank account number in the order confirmation email and deliver the goods once payment has been received.<\/p>\n<h2>Pre-orders<\/h2>\n<p>You can pre-order items that have an expected shipment date in the coming months.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When purchasing a Pre-order you will be among the first to reserve the item.<\/li>\n<li>Estimated time frames are indicated on the product detail page and may take several months, potentially arriving sooner or later than estimated.<\/li>\n<li>If using a Credit Card or PayPal, the full price will be deducted the same day in which the order is placed.<\/li>\n<li>Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are available.<\/li>\n<li>If a Pre-order item can no longer be fulfilled, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Reservation of Property Rights<\/h2>\n<p>Goods remain our property until payment is made in full.<\/p>\n<h2>Damage During Shipping<\/h2>\n<p>Should articles be delivered with obvious shipping damage, please issue a complaint with the delivery service as soon as possible and contact us promptly. Failure to file a complaint or make contact with us has no consequences for your legal rights and their enforcement, particularly your warranty rights.
